Patterson Building Group were appointed by TN Revesby Pty Ltd, as head contractor to undertake the Design and Construction of a New Self Storage Facility in Revesby, NSW.

 Our work comprised the following: 

  • Site Establishment including connection to temporary services 
  • Demolition of existing structures and subsequent site clearing 
  • Construction of 3 level Concrete/FC/Metal Clad Self Storage Facility including Ground Floor Hardware and Building Supplies and Office Space 
  • Associated Services, site landscaping and stormwater management works 

Design & Construction

Patterson Building Group were appointed as head contractor by Chapter & Co. to undertake the design and construction of a Storage King Facility at Vineyard, NSW.

The project involved the addition to the existing Self Storage Facility including the following: 

  • Site clearing
  • Construction of Building 5 and Building 6 – two-storey self-storage units
  • Civil works and concrete roadways
  • Services infrastructure including new diesel pump
  • Hard landscaping

Design & Construction

Patterson Building Group were appointed by Rent A Space (Abacus Storage Funds Management) as head contractor to undertake the construction of Rent A Space storage facility in Queanbeyan.

Our work involved the construction of a four storey storage facility housing self-storage units, office and retail space, and carparking.

Patterson Building Group were appointed by Rent A Space as head contractor to undertake the construction of Rent A Space storage facility in Queanbeyan.

Our work comprised the following: 

  • Site clearing 
  • Bulk & detailed excavations 
  • Foundation files 
  • Reinforced concrete structure, RC Columns & Post-Tensioned suspended decks 
  • Precast walls to lift & stair shafts 
  • New driveway, carpark spaces & associated landscaping 
  • New perimeter security fencing

Skypath – new build

Patterson Building Group were appointed by Presbyterian Ladies College as head contractor to undertake the construction of a new 3-storey steel frame building, modifications to the existing adjacent buildings and external works.

Our work comprised the following:

  • Classrooms, 6 quiet rooms, 2 Offices, Gymnastics Office and Storage
  • Skypath link over the roof of an adjacent building to link
  • Macindoe Library and McQueen Building
  • Extension of Stair 1
  • Services upgrades
  • Reconfiguration of the roofing to Thompson Hall
  • PV panels
  • Modifications to the Stables Office area
  • Upgrade fire compartment separation
  • External pavement and landscaping

Design & Construct

Patterson Building Group were appointed by Mint Holdings Pty Ltd as head contractor to undertake the Design and Construction of Stage 3 Townhouse Subdivision at Bradley Street, Glenmore Park.

The project involved the construction works of 21 townhouses inclusive of detached garages.

Design & Construct – Stage 2

Patterson Building Group were appointed by School Infrastructure NSW as head contractor to undertake the Design and Construction of Stage 2 of the Gledswood Hills Public School which included the following:

  • Engagement of relevant consultants to complete detailed design, including adherence to Educational Facilities Standards and Guidelines and incorporation of Technical Stakeholder Group
    and Project Reference Group
  • Obtain Crown Building Approval prior to commencement
  • Construction of two new three storey buildings consisting of 20 learning spaces
  • Associated external works including hard and soft scapes
  • Removal of demountable buildings and expansion of existing on-site carpark to 75 car spaces

Design & Construct

Coffs Harbour City Council appointed Patterson Group as head contractor to undertake the design and construction of Coffs Harbour Sportz Central. 

The works included both the refurbishment of the existing sports facility and the construction of new areas within the facility as follows: 

  • Demolition of the existing skate park
  • Re-roofing of the existing sports building
  • Construction of a new basketball court 
  • Construction of new accessible and female friendly amenities 
  • Upgrade to existing facilities and car park

Design & Construct
Stages 3 & 4

Patterson Building Group successfully completed Stages 1 and 2 of this development for the same client – Principle Living Pty Ltd.

They then engaged us to undertake Stages 3 and 4 of this development. As the head contractor, we organised the design and construct of 27 Independent Living Units for Blueheath Seniors Living, Medowie.

Our work included all in-ground services, concrete slabs, timber frame and trusses, brick veneer, cladding, metal roofing, all internal services, complete fit out and landscaping.

ARC LANE COVE

Design & Construct

Patterson Building Group are appointed by Hannas Group as head contractor for the Design and Construction of a new industrial warehouse unit and self storage complex at Lane Cove.

Our work involves the following:
-Construction of 45 warehouse units and 51 storage units.
-Detailed excavation and in-ground works.
-Construction of slab on ground and 2 x suspended, post-tensioned concrete slabs.
-Precast concrete perimeter walls.
-Structural steel roofing elements and mezzanine floor framing.
-Associated Services, site landscaping and stormwater management works.

COFFS HARBOUR AMBULANCE STATION

Design & Construct – RAIR Stage 2

Patterson Building Group were appointed by Health Infrastructure NSW as head contractor to undertake the Design and Construction of a new Ambulance Station at Coffs Harbour.

The project involved the construction of a new purpose built 12-vehicle Ambulance Station and carpark as follows:

-Administration offices and meeting rooms
-Amenities including lockers and accessible WC/shower
-Medical Store, Kitchen and Dining facilities
-Relief rooms, Comms room, services and delivery rooms
-Plant room, PV panels and battery storage
-OSD tank, carparking area, gates and fencing
-Road and footpath upgrade to Marcia Street and landscaping

WOLLONDILLY SHIRE COUNCIL

Construction of Childcare Centre

Patterson Building Group were appointed by Wollondilly Shire Council as head contractor to undertake the construction of a new two-storey Children’s Services Building in Picton

The Children’s Services Building is a key element of Stage 1 of the Precinct.

The new building facilitated the relocation of Council’s 30 place before and after school care and vacation care services, and has the capacity to accommodate a further 30 place preschool in a modern and fit for purpose building.

UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY SYDNEY

CB11.03 APPLE FOUNDATION

Patterson Building Group were appointed by The University of Technology Sydney as head contractor to undertake the refurbishment works of room 03.300 in Building 11 at the University, Broadway.

Our work involved the following:

-Demolition of existing room
-Installation of new wall, floors, ceiling, joinery and workstations
-New furniture & flooring to the area adjacent room 03.300
-Workstations & new furniture
-Service fitoff to enable Apple service fitoff

UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY SYDNEY

CB01 Amenities Upgrade

Patterson Building Group were appointed by The University of Technology Sydney as head contractor to undertake the renovation & upgrade of restroom facilities on levels 2 to 7 at UTS Building 1, located at Broadway.

Our work involved demolition of existing restrooms, terminate and, relocate and renew existing services, new partition and brickwork to modify existing restrooms, fitout and tiling to new restrooms and making good existing structure.
