This purpose-built project involved site clearing and the construction of a four-storey self storage facility combining modern design with practical functionality, featuring full perimeter drive-around access, external drive-up units, and internal storage spaces tailored to meet the evolving needs of both residential and commercial customers.
Strategically positioned along a key growth corridor to the Western Sydney Airport, this modern facility is in one of Sydney’s fastest-growing urban areas.

Patterson Building Group was appointed as head contractor for the design and construction of Kintyre Country Living in Dubbo. Our work involved the construction of independent living units, a country club and an aged care facility.
The aged care facility within the village comprised of a basement with car-parking and service area, ground and first level areas with residential rooms and nurse staffing areas in the wings, and the central core having reception, and back of house areas.
The construction was generally a concrete basement with load-bearing block work, PT suspended slab system with reinforced concrete columns and steel framing and trusses. The work included hydraulic, mechanical, fire, electrical, lift, laundry, kitchen and servery areas.
Patterson Building Group was appointed as head contractor for the Design and Construction of the Country Club and associated amenities including a swimming pool, tennis court and bowling green for Kintyre Country Living in Dubbo.
Patterson Building Group Pty Limited was appointed by Stockland as head contractor to undertake the Design and Construction of 12 townhouses including detached garages.
The townhouses comprise of concrete slab on ground, timber frames and trusses, wall cladding and hebel, solar panel installation to garages, landscaping works including pathways, driveways and planting.
Internal areas consisting of plasterboard walls and ceilings, carpet and tile floor coverings, wet areas fit-out, kitchen installations and staircases.
Patterson Building Group was appointed by Stockland Development as head contractor to undertake the Design & Construction of 61 dwellings.
Our work involved pad preparation, all inground services, construction of the dwellings and garages, all landscaping and fencing.
