Upgrade Works

Patterson Building Group was appointed Head Contractor to undertake the upgrade of the Gaden Trout Hatchery in Jindabyne. The proposed works included both refurbishment and new construction within the areas of the existing facility as follows:

• Provision of temporary office accommodation for the existing facility;
• Construction of the new hatchery, staff offices, amenities and accommodation building;
• Construction of new storage shed; -Redevelopment of the Tourist Centre and external amenties;
• Landscaping works including external pavements.
  

The proposed development site is located within the Gaden Trout Hatchery on Gaden Road and is approximately 10km from the town of Jindabyne in the Snowy River Shire Council area.
