Design & Construct

Patterson Building Group were appointed by NSW Rural Fire Service as head contractor to undertake the design and construction of the RFS Killara Fire Brigade Station.

The project involved the following:

• Construction of a new single storey building consisting of general office, multi-purpose area, kitchen, change rooms, laundry, storeroom, amenities and engine bay.
• Connection of building services established on the site including, power, water, sewer and installation of site fire system.
• Completion of civil works and stormwater management, establishment of landscaping and installation of vehicle auto gate and fence.
