“Patterson Building Group performed extremely well on this project. The work area was in the confines of a fully operational Children’s Hospital which was bordered with The Emergency Department, Operating Theatres, 24 hour Call Centre, General Office are and the main entrance foyer.

Their communication was very good with early warning/disruption notices being issued within time. They worked well with the hospital finishing 2 weeks ahead of the contractual completion date. Safety was well managed as was the environmental. Dust was a major concern to the client however this was well controlled with no seepage into the non-contract areas. The only variations raised were client initiated. Programming of the works was well managed.

The client was pleased with the presentation and performance of Patterson Building Group. Overall it was a successful project.”
