This purpose-built project involved site clearing and the construction of a four-storey self storage facility combining modern design with practical functionality, featuring full perimeter drive-around access, external drive-up units, and internal storage spaces tailored to meet the evolving needs of both residential and commercial customers.

Construction of a single storey Block G1
Patterson Building Group was appointed as head contractor for the design and construction of Kintyre Country Living in Dubbo. Our work involved the construction of independent living units, a country club and an aged care facility.
The aged care facility within the village comprised of a basement with car-parking and service area, ground and first level areas with residential rooms and nurse staffing areas in the wings, and the central core having reception, and back of house areas.
The construction was generally a concrete basement with load-bearing block work, PT suspended slab system with reinforced concrete columns and steel framing and trusses. The work included hydraulic, mechanical, fire, electrical, lift, laundry, kitchen and servery areas.
Patterson Building Group was appointed as head contractor for the Design and Construction of the Country Club and associated amenities including a swimming pool, tennis court and bowling green for Kintyre Country Living in Dubbo.
Patterson Building Group were appointed by NSW Rural Fire Service as head contractor to undertake the design and construction of the RFS Killara Fire Brigade Station.

Patterson Building Group was appointed as head contractor for the refurbishment works undertaken at the NSW State Library, Dixson Room.
The works involved the demolition of the existing areas, installation of new services and the supply and installation of new custom-made joinery, partitions and acoustic ceilings.
Patterson Building Group was appointed by RSL LifeCare as head contractor for the Design and Construction of Stages 3-5 of the new aged care facility at RSL LifeCare Dumaresg Village, Nowra.
Our work involved the construction of 30 independent living units as well as the refurbishment of a heritage listed homestead.
Independent Living Units
Patterson Building Group Pty Limited was appointed by Principle Living Pty Ltd as head contractor to undertake the Design & Construction of an approved master plan for a Seniors Living Development “Blueheath” within the confines of a residential subdivision – The Bower, Medowie.
The Seniors Living Development includes the staged construction and occupation of 110 independent self-contained dwellings, ancillary services and facilities across 7 stages.
Stages 1-5 of the works consisted of the design & construction of 81 individual living units.
Patterson Building Group was appointed Head Contractor to undertake the upgrade of the Gaden Trout Hatchery in Jindabyne. The proposed works included both refurbishment and new construction within the areas of the existing facility as follows:
The proposed development site is located within the Gaden Trout Hatchery on Gaden Road and is approximately 10km from the town of Jindabyne in the Snowy River Shire Council area.
Patterson Building Group was appointed by Aveo Retirement Homes Limited as head contractor for the Design & Construction of 31 Independent Living Units as part of the Shortland Waters Retirement Village.
Our work included all construction of the buildings including on-grade and suspended slabs, building enclosure, fixtures, hard and soft landscaping to villas and common areas, driveways and fencing. The project design management included navigating Class 2 building regulations and managing the architectural, structural, hydraulic, mechanical and landscaping design.

Design & Construct – RAIR Stage 2
Patterson Building Group were appointed by Health Infrastructure NSW as head contractor to undertake the Design and Construction of a new Ambulance Station at Coffs Harbour.
The project involved the construction of a new purpose built 12-vehicle Ambulance Station and carpark as follows:
-Administration offices and meeting rooms
-Amenities including lockers and accessible WC/shower
-Medical Store, Kitchen and Dining facilities
-Relief rooms, Comms room, services and delivery rooms
-Plant room, PV panels and battery storage
-OSD tank, carparking area, gates and fencing
-Road and footpath upgrade to Marcia Street and landscaping
Construction of Childcare Centre
Patterson Building Group were appointed by Wollondilly Shire Council as head contractor to undertake the construction of a new two-storey Children’s Services Building in Picton
The Children’s Services Building is a key element of Stage 1 of the Precinct.
The new building facilitated the relocation of Council’s 30 place before and after school care and vacation care services, and has the capacity to accommodate a further 30 place preschool in a modern and fit for purpose building.
Construction and refurbishment
Patterson Building Group were appointed by Skagias Investments
Pty Ltd as head contractor to undertake the refurbishment of the
Tamworth Hub Commercial Centre.
Our work comprised of the following:
-Removal of full height façade brickwork, existing structural steel
roof framing and roofing;
-Removal of internal and external walls;
-Refurbishment of multilevel carpark;
-New full height façade windows, structural steel framing, roofing and internal walls;
-Replacement of all services;
-Installation of wet fire systems;
-New lift services;
-Upgrade fire compartment separation; and
-External pavement and landscaping.
Construction of a new amenities building
Patterson Building Group were appointed by Randwick City Council as head contractor to undertake the construction of the new Amenities Building in Arthur Byrne Reserve, Randwick.
The work involved demolition, site clearing and asbestos containment works, construction of new amenities building and the completion of surrounding landscapes and make good.
