Patterson Building Group was appointed as the Head Contractor for the Mount Druitt’s New Fire Station and Administration Building. The works undertaken on the project included a concrete placement for both the administration block & engine bay, structural steel and service installations which included; hydraulic, electrical, dry fire & mechanical. Steel framing was also erected, followed by brickwork, doors, as well as joinery, fixtures, followed by all associated landscaping works.

The works included the construction of the school with a new library, technology room, multi-purpose commercial kitchen as well ass special program administration rooms, homebase facilities and external sports area and access road.

Patterson Building Group were contracted to deliver a major refurbishment project for the Trade Training Centre educational facilities including:

  • Refurbished Metal & Engineering Facility;
  • New Hairdressing Facility;
  • Refurbished Hospitality Facility;
  • Refurbished Metal & Engineering Facility;
  • Electrical Substation works;
  • Refurbished Hospitality Facility;
  • Refurbished Metal and Engineering Facility;
  • For all centres-Provision of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic services to the refurbished and new facilities, including electrical upgrade works as documented and specified.

Patterson Building Group Pty Limited was appointed as head contractor to undertake the refurbishment works to the Meat & Allied Trades Building at Granville TAFE.

The works include but are not limited to the demolition and strip out of existing rooms, including the removal of materials containing asbestos and the provision of classrooms, dry store, cool rooms, wash bay, toilets, practical area, retail space and lobby area.

Patterson Building Group Pty Limited was appointed as head contractor to undertake the Redevelopment project at HMAS Nowra.

This project involved the manufacture, fabrication, delivery to site and commissioning of High Voltage (HV) electrical reticulation network augmentation which will supply new loads, and to rectify deficiencies in the existing HV electrical trunk infrastructure to allow the Base’s power requirements to be adequately met.

The proposed Redevelopment augmentation works include a new 33 kV supply connection point from the Endeavour Energy distribution network, 11 kV primary and secondary distribution within the NAS and augmentation of the existing Central Emergency Power Station (CEPS).

These works are providing the necessary infrastructure at HMAS Albatross to support the Air 9000 Phase 8 project.

Patterson Building Group was appointed to deliver the refurbishment of four levels(including basement), two new lift shafts and multiple structural alterations, extensions and infills to the Manly Police Station.

The programme was an extremely tight five month time frame and required simultaneous trade coordination completing the lift shaft and other structural works whilst finishes trades like painting and carpet were deployed in adjacent areas.

The site itself was very tight with minimal room inside and around requiring delicate material deliveries and handling.

Multiple trades were working simultaneously in harmony resulting in on time delivery free from any WHS or Environmental incidents.
