Our work involved the following:
-Demolition of existing room
-Installation of new wall, floors, ceiling, joinery and workstations
-New furniture & flooring to the area adjacent room 03.300
-Workstations & new furniture
-Service fitoff to enable Apple service fitoff
CB01 Amenities Upgrade
Patterson Building Group were appointed by The University of Technology Sydney as head contractor to undertake the renovation & upgrade of restroom facilities on levels 2 to 7 at UTS Building 1, located at Broadway.
Our work involved demolition of existing restrooms, terminate and, relocate and renew existing services, new partition and brickwork to modify existing restrooms, fitout and tiling to new restrooms and making good existing structure.
Construction and refurbishment
Patterson Building Group were appointed by Skagias Investments
Pty Ltd as head contractor to undertake the refurbishment of the
Tamworth Hub Commercial Centre.
Our work comprised of the following:
-Removal of full height façade brickwork, existing structural steel
roof framing and roofing;
-Removal of internal and external walls;
-Refurbishment of multilevel carpark;
-New full height façade windows, structural steel framing, roofing and internal walls;
-Replacement of all services;
-Installation of wet fire systems;
-New lift services;
-Upgrade fire compartment separation; and
-External pavement and landscaping.
Patterson Building Group were appointed by Willoughby City Council as head contractor to undertake the ground floor works of Willoughby City Council.
Our work involved the refurbishment of the existing commercial lobby, amenities, and construction of a new customer centre and office within the vacated retail tenancy.
Patterson Building Group Pty Limited was appointed by Inner West Council as head contractor to undertake the Haberfield Centre and Library Upgrade.
Our work involves part demolition of the existing two storey heritage library building, ground and first floor alterations to the original main library including new entry, bathrooms and kitchen, and the construction of a new northern wing including conference hall and lift to first floor.
Patterson Building Group Pty Limited was appointed by Fairfield City Council as head contractor to undertake the construction and fit-out of Fairfield Library.
Our work included the part demolition of internal concrete slabs, in ground services alterations, make good of slab, all internal fit out works including all new services, extensive wall and ceiling finishes and detailed joinery works.
Our team worked extensively and closely with the client to provide a solution based approach to resolving multiple design issues that were encountered throughout the build.
The client – Fairfield Library – were very pleased with the project delivery and the quality produced.
Patterson Building Group was appointed to undertake the remediation and construction of the UNE Pool & Amenities Upgrade Project. The scope of works involved the internal upgrade of the existing pool to bring it up to current codes and regulations, including the provision of new mechanical & filtration plant rooms & equipment & the total internal refurbishment of the existing Sport UNE amenities.
Patterson Building Group was appointed as head contractor for the Eastgardens Library.
The scope of works included the major refurbishment of the existing fit-out, demolition and strip-out, the erection of acoustic hoarding, set out and install of new services such as fire, hydraulics, air conditioning, mechanical ventilations, electrical, ICT services, as well as construction and fit-out of new works including furnishing and external works.

Patterson Building Group Pty Limited was appointed by The University of New South Wales as head contractor to undertake the fitout of J17 Ainsworth on Level 5.
The works include the refurbishment of new offices, meeting rooms, learning spaces, lecture theatre and a new kitchen.
Patterson Building Group Pty Limited was appointed by The University of New South Wales as head contractor to undertake the refurbishment of the ground floor and mezzanine levels at the Red Centre in Building H13.
The works included the demolition, stripout and fitout to spaces used for both student studies, lectures and events hosted by The University of New South Wales.
Our work involved new timber cladding to mezzanine floor and ceiling, collaboration, study and breakout areas, new kitchen, external bench seating, accessible entrance, amphitheatre and also a 3D printing room.
Patterson Building Group Pty Limited was appointed by Southern Eastern Sydney Local Health District as head contractor to undertake the extension to the Cancer Care Facility of the St George Hospital Cancer Care Centre connection to Pitney Building.
The construction of the new building will deliver a new entrance and waiting area for patients and families.
Our work involved new concrete and structural steel structure linking the Pitney Building to the ground floor of the Cancer Care Centre, vitradual cladding with mixed glass façade and entry, a new vinyl flooring and feature hanging spacemaile mesh.
Patterson Building Group Pty Limited was appointed by Mace Group Pty Ltd as head contractor to undertake the refurbishment works of the Kids Cancer Centre – L2 of the Personalised Medicine Centre at Sydney Children’s Hospital in Randwick.
The refurbishment delivered new staff offices and amenities, a new reception and waiting area, along with patient beds and medication and consultation rooms.
Our work involved demolition, formwork, reinforcement and concrete new structure, roofing, glazing, wall cladding, wall and ceiling framing, door frames, joinery, as well as, sealed hoardings, protection and dust monitoring.
Patterson Building Group was appointed as head contractor on behalf of UNSW Global for the fitout of their premises at Kensington. The scope involved the fitout of levels 1 west and 2 east and included newly refurbished classrooms, offices, interview room and physics lab, as well as a new kitchen, bathroom and student breakout area.

Patterson Building Group was appointed head contractor on behalf of UNSW Global for the refurbishment of their premises at Rosebery. The scope involved the refurbishment of Part Ground floor, Levels 1 and 2 as well as the upgrade of mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulic services for compliance.
The project was staged to enable the occupants of each floor to be progressively decanted and recanted into their new workstation areas as they became available upon completion of each stage. This process was repeated until the fitout was complete.
The work also included the redesign of communal kitchens and breakout areas with new carpets, fixtures, fixed and loose furniture and internal planting.
