Design & Construction of Fire Rebuild

Patterson Building Group were appointed by School Infrastructure NSW as head contractor to undertake the Design and Construction of the Dubbo South Public School Fire Rebuild. 

Our work involved the following Milestones: 

Milestone 1
Final Detailed Design Report 

• Engagement of relevant consultants to complete Detailed Design, including adherence to Educational Facilities Standards and Guidelines (EFSG) and incorporation of Technical Stakeholder Group (TSG) and Project Reference Group (PRG) complete these works
• Satisfy all Pre-Commencement Conditions. 

Milestone 2
Construction of a single storey Block G1 

• Construction of 5 general learning spaces, special programmes, staff facilities, storage, and amenities with associated external works; 
• Make good of fire damage to the adjacent car park.
