Design & Construction

Patterson Building Group were appointed by Kennards Self Storage as principal contractor to undertake the Design and Construction of a Self Storage Facility in Camperdown.

The project involved the extension to the existing Self Storage Facility with works including:

• Site clearing
• Two level basement, excavation inclusive of piling, ground anchors and a fully tanked shotcrete shoring system
• Basement slab on ground and five suspended slabs, giving a total structure of six floors
• Five levels of Self Storage fit out, ground floor parking with retail space
• On-site stormwater detention and management of potential flood levels
• Combination of masonry, glazed and precast concrete façade
• Structural steel roof framing system
• External landscaping and public domain works.
