Design & Construction

Patterson Building Group were appointed by Levande Pty Limited as head contractor to undertake the design and construction of 36 Independent Living Units at Waratah Highlands, Bargo.

The project was delivered in four portions and comprised:

• Site Set-out
• Form, reo and pour concrete slabs
• Framing and truss installation
• Wall cladding and roofing
• Brick work to entry areas and garages
• Services installation
• Internal areas consisting of plasterboard walls and ceilings, carpet and tile floor coverings, wet areas fit-out, kitchen installations and staircases
• Solar panel installation to garages
• Landscaping works including pathways, driveways and planting
