Block W Carpentry

Patterson Building Group was appointed by TAFE NSW as head contractor to undertake the construction of the new Block W carpentry building, located in the Muswellbrook Shire Local Government Area.

Our project involved the following:

• Construction of a new carpentry workshop, classrooms, accessible WC, and services rooms;
• Demolition of Block K:
• Upgrade wall framing and cladding to existing Storage Shed;
• New services infrastructure including sewer and stormwater diversion;
• New Asphalt driveway and carparking;
• External pathways, retaining walls and landscaping.
