Design & Construction

Patterson Building Group was appointed by RSL LifeCare as head contractor for the Design and Construction of Stages 3-5 of the new aged care facility at RSL LifeCare Dumaresg Village, Nowra.

Our work involved the construction of 30 independent living units inclusive of detached carports as well as the refurbishment of a heritaged listed homestead. The project was divided into three stages/seperable portions referred to as 3, 4 and 5.

• Stage 3 consisted of 10 ILU’s which comprised 6 suspended ILU’s and 4 slab on ground ILU’s
• Stage 4 consisted of 13 ILU’s which comprised 13 slab on ground ILU’s
• Stage 5 consisted of 7 ILU’s which comprised 7 slab on ground ILU’s; and
• Concurrent to all stages, the refurbishment of a heritage listed homestead under the supervision of a heritage architect.
