Construction of Clubhouse

Patterson Building Group were appointed by MHE Property Co Pty Limited as head contractor to undertake the construction of the Stratford Gardens Clubhouse Tahmoor.

The construction works comprised of

• Site Set-out
• Form, reo and pour concrete slabs
• Structural Steel Framing
• Stone cladding and roofing
• Services installation
• Internal areas consisting of plasterboard walls and ceilings, carpet and tile floor coverings, and wet areas fit-out
