Patterson Building Group Pty Ltd was awarded Head Contractor to undertake the refurbishment works for UNSW Fig Tree Hall & Goldstein Hall.

Our work involved two components: the renovation of an existing cold shell space in the new Senior’s College to create new 3 tiered lecture theatres, 2 seminar spaces, foyer and toilet amenities including air conditioning and mechanical ventilation to the renovated space; a new roof to replace existing including make steeper, new paving to courtyard, new tiling to pool including new pump equipment and lighting, installation of new glazing to replace existing and other minor works throughout the building.
