Patterson Building Group were appointed by the University of Technology Sydney as head contractor to undertake the upgrade and refurbishment of Building 5 – Blocks B, C and D to facilitate the relocation of UTS College, Haymarket.
Our work included upgrading services, new partitions, painting, new flooring and the relocation of furniture and fittings.
