Design & Construction

Patterson Building Group were appointed by Stockland Development as head contractor to undertake the Design and Construction of 35 Townhouses inclusive of detached garages at Birdwing Street and Joey Crescent, Leppington.

The project was delivered in three separable portions and comprised of:

• Site Set-out, form, reo and pour concrete slabs;
• Framing and truss installation, wall cladding and roofing;
• Brick work to entry areas and garages;
• Internal areas consisting of plasterboard walls and ceilings, carpet and tile floor coverings, wet areas fit-out, kitchen installations, services installation and staircases;
• Solar panel installation to garages;
• Landscaping works including pathways, driveways and planting;
• Front & Back tiled porches & Alfresco areas;
• External metalworks including permanent fencing, handrails and balustrades.
