Patterson Building Group successfully completed Stage 1 and Stage 2 of this development for the same client – Principle Living Pty Ltd.

We were engaged to undertake Stage 5 of this development as the head contractor to Design and Construct 16 Independent Living Units for Blueheath Seniors Living, Medowie.

Our work included all inground services, concrete slabs, timber frame and trusses, brick veneer, cladding, metal roofing, all internal services, complete fit out and landscaping.

Patterson Building Group successfully completed Stage 1 of this development for Principle Living Pty Ltd.

We were engaged to undertake Stage 2 of this development as the head contractor, to Design and Construct 18 Independent Living Units for Blueheath Seniors Living, Medowie.

Our work included all inground services, concrete slabs, timber frame and trusses, brick veneer, cladding, metal roofing, all internal services, complete fit out and landscaping.

Patterson Building Group were appointed by Oak Tree Retirement Villages Pty Ltd as head contractor to undertake the construction of 6 ILUs as part of Oak Tree Village Stage 2, Dubbo.

Our work involved the construction of the following:

• one Type 3Aii duplex consisting of two 3 bed villas
• one Type 2Aii duplex consisting of two 2 bed villas
• one Type 3Dii/3Bii duplex consisting of two 3 bed villas
• all bulk earthworks, stormwater, sanitary, water & fire services and internal roads & car parks
• construction of Electrical Infrastructure including all internal electrical and communication infrastructure
• all retaining walls, landscaping and fencing

Patterson Building Group Pty Limited was appointed by Anglicare as head contractor to undertake the design and construction of a new Aged Care Facility at Wollondilly Gardens, Goulburn. 

Our work involves delivering six, three bedroom Independent Living Units with major civil and services infrastructure in an already established Anglicare Retirement Village in Goulburn. 

Our work involves demolition, formwork, reinforcement and concrete new structure, face brick external walls, metal deck roofing, glazing, wall and ceiling framing, joinery, services, carpet and vinyl and external landscaping. 

Patterson Building Group was appointed by RSL LifeCare as head contractor for the design and construction of a new Aged Care Facility at RSL LifeCare Dumaresq Village, Nowra. 

Our work involves 12 Independent living units & Community Centre for RSL Life Care including landscaping civil works over an 8 month program. 

Patterson Building Group was appointed as the principal contractor for the Design and Construction of 70 independent living units within the Willowdale retirement village. 

The works incorporated all aspects of residential building on a commercial scale. Waffle slabs were initially placed followed by a frame & truss superstructure with a brick veneer envelope and colourbond roofing. 

Interior works included plumbing, electrical, mechanical, joinery, tiling, carpets & bathroom fit-outs. External landscaping works were also completed which included hydraulics & electrical works, retaining walls, driveways & paths as well as street trees, garden beds, vegetable gardens & turfing. 

Patterson Building Group was appointed the head contractor for the works undertaken at the RSL LifeCare, Dubbo. 

The project includes a new aged care facility and associated works. The works will allow the village to have a diverse range of care for the residents.

This includes a single dwelling facility with 60 beds, with residential rooms and nurse staffing areas in the wings, and the central core having reception, and back of house areas.

The construction is generally a concrete slab on ground with load bearing steal frames and trusses and a steel roof. Services include hydraulic, mechanical, fire, electrical, laundry, kitchen, servery areas. Infrastructure includes a substation and a link road with external lighting and car-parking. 

Patterson Building Group was appointed to undertake the construction of 11 new single storey villas at the Henley Brae Retirement Village, Mittagong.
Our work also involves the construction of new roads, driveways and parking areas; the installation of all associated services and external works to each villa and the extension of existing services from the existing village to the new villas.

 Patterson Building Group was appointed as head contractor for the design and construction of Kintyre Country Living in Dubbo. 

The aged care facility within the existing Kintyre village comprises of a basement with carparking and service area, ground and first level areas with residential rooms and nurse staffing areas in the wings, and the central core having reception, and back of house areas. 

The construction is generally a concrete basement with load bearing blockwork, PT suspended slab system with reinforced concrete columns and steel framing and trusses.

The work includes hydraulic, mechanical, fire, electrical, lift, laundry, kitchen and servery areas. Infrastructure includes a substation and a link road with external lighting and carpark. 

Since the commencement of the Durham Green Retirement Village project, PBG has worked closely with all consultants for the project in developing and designing the self-care villas, aged care facilities and community buildings.

Prior to the construction of this development, the site had electricity and water capacity for one dwelling only.

When this development is completed the site will consist of 168 dwellings and a 46 bed aged care facility for both low and high care to the highest standards.

The typical dwellings on this site are constructed of waffle pod floor slabs, brick veneer external walls, partial render and face brick facades, metal deck roofing with internal designs complying with SEPP (Seniors Living) 2004.

The aged care building is a three level low and high care facility with community amenities including an arcade, restaurant, bar, library, pool, communal hall and courtyards.

Our work to date has been staged as follows:

  • Stage 1A and 1B: Construction of 20 self-care dwellings, civil works, road works and associated township infrastructure – $9.8 million.
  • Stage 1C and 1D: Construction of 22 self-care dwellings, civil works, road works and associated township infrastructure – $5.8 million.
  • Stage 1E and 1F: Construction of 26 self-care dwellings, civil works, road works and associated township infrastructure and the construction of the Aged Care Facility – $19.7 million.
  • Stage 1G: Construction of 9 self-care dwellings – $2.6 million.
  • Stage 3A: Construction of 16 self-care dwellings – $5 million.
  • Stage 3B:  Construction of 12 self-care dwellings – $8 million.
  • Construction of 56 bed Memory Care Lodge – $12.8 million.
  • Stage 3B: Construction of 12 self-care dwellings – $4 million.
  • Design and Construction of Memory Care Lodge (3 level, 56 bed Dementia Care Unit) – $14.5 million.
